Meet the Team

Their partnership was founded in 1978. Their collective disciplined vision coupled with their complimenting spirit and desire to develop a property in Valley County, Idaho like "Huckleberry Ridge"  a mountain getaway, that they would call home to create memories and to provide opportunity for other families to create a legacy too.

Sal has extensive real estate construction and real estate development background which spans over the past 40 years. His last development in the area of McCall, Idaho, which he designed and was the project manager is a 9 lot subdivision know as, "Ashton Ridge Ranch" located off of Ashton Lane by Jug Mountain. 

 Dorie has vast experience in the banking industry and currently is a mortgage banker for a national firm. Recently she was the recipient and awarded by her peers, the "Core of Excellence Award". She brings and provides a respectful warm eye, adding her ideas and concepts in the development of Huckleberry Ridge.

Sal & Dorie both possess the same goal, passion and are looking forward to build their home in the Huckleberry Ridge neighborhood in the near future.
